Tarım2030 platform project accepted: GTÜ will lead two of its productization projects

The Migros-coordinated “Tarım2030” (Agriculture 2030) project was accepted under the Green Transformation call of the 1833 Industry Innovation Network Mechanism (SAYEM), part of the Türkiye Green Industry Project run by TÜBİTAK with World Bank support. Gebze Technical University (GTÜ) is one of the coordinating partners, and our lab takes part in the university’s work in the project.

Tarım2030 targets digitalization in Turkish agriculture and is planned to run for three years. It includes seven productization projects, two of which will be led by GTÜ. Besides GTÜ, the 18-partner consortium includes six universities, two public institutions and nine private organizations, and the total budget is about 50 million Turkish lira.
