BAP ADEP project on a soilless substrate from tomato waste accepted

Our project to develop a soilless growing substrate from tomato waste was accepted in April 2023 under the ADEK programme, which is funded from the additional BAP budget granted only to research universities. The project has a total budget of about 1,116,000 TL.

With this project, the number of R&D projects our lab has had accepted or has under way has reached 12. Seven of them are TÜBİTAK projects under ARDEB or BİDEB, four led by the lab and three with the lab as researcher, and four are run through the Technology Transfer Office.
